Creating and Administering your websites Frequently Asked Questions section has never been easier. Easily maintain your sites F.A.Q.'s using A-Web-FAQtory by Advantage Web Solution.

Password protected browser based administration allows you to maintain your online FAQ(s) without having to create, modify or upload files on your webserver. A great tool for any website on any webserver that supports Perl 5 CGI Scripts (Compatible w/ both Unix & Windows NT).

Key features allow your website viewers to browse an easy to navigate, clean and organized Frequently Asked Questions area that also can be searched using our search tool. Users also have the abilty to choose FAQ groups or individual FAQs they wish to have emailed to their email address.

An added option gives users the ability to submit a question of their own if they do not find the answer located in your list of FAQs. The question they submit is emailed to the administrator (you) & also stored in a "New Submissions" queue located in the Administration section of the program. You are given the option to answer the submitted question and have your answer posted to your FAQs and e-Mailed to the address of the user who asked the question.

    Our F.A.Q. Interaction program gives your users the ability to choose any FAQ entry, or FAQ group and have it emailed to them. This gives them the option to have answers to common questions right in their inbox.

  • A-Web-FAQtory: Search the FAQs

    If your FAQ section grows to hold a large number of FAQ entries, our search option of the FAQ Interaction program will allow your users to quickly find answers to a specific question or concern they have.

  • A-Web-FAQtory: Submit a Question

    Users who view your FAQ area and can not find an answer to a specific question have the option to submit their question directly to you. The administrator is then emailed that a new question has been submitted and needs to be answered.

    When the admin user answers the question two options are given. The user who posted the question can be emailed the answer, and you may choose to add the questions answer to your FAQ database.
