The cost of developing a website depends on many factors including the number of web pages, page content, graphic design characteristics, animations and extent of custom database programming required, to name the most significant.

We're happy to offer the following pricing information.

Charges for website creation:

We charge an initial design fee. This covers graphic design, layout and the general look of your site. Our initial design fee varies with each site but averages around $175

Page prices vary depending on their complexity, length and the number of components that can be shared. Components are navigation buttons, and other design elements that contribute to the look of a page. If two pages have the same "look" then they most likely share many of the same components.

Pages with mostly unique components (Most "home" pages fall into this category) - $125 each
Pages sharing the same general "look" as other pages but with a few unique components - $75 each
Simple pages with no unique components - $60 each
Forms (contact us, etc.) including emailing the data to you  - $100 each

Images that you supply in digital format - $10 each
Images that you supply as photographs - $20 each

Flash & other special graphic effects - $50/hour

Pricing of Web-based Application Programming:

Custom web-based applications are our specialty!

Pricing for all custom applications is done on an estimate-per-project basis. We charge $50/hour for programming, and will provide you with a projected project cost before programming begins.

The cost to prepare and announce your site to the top 10 search engines and directories is $120 for up to 10 pages. We target different keywords on each of your pages which greatly increases your chances on the search engines. It may not be necessary to announce all of your pages.

We can monitor specific keywords in the search engines if a high placement is important to you. This process can several months. During this time we make adjustments to your site to improve your keywords in the search engines. As we do this, you will receive monthly reports of our progress. Search Engine Follow-up is $50/month for each group of ten keywords. We recommend at least a six month initial follow-up.

We can also set up and monitor the Google AdWords, Yahoo! and Ask.com pay-per-click programs, with pricing to be negotiated, based on numbers of keywords tracked.

Website creation: 35% down payment required at beginning of project, 30% at approval of layout/design, 35% upon completion. Site will reside on development server until final approval and payment received. All other (search engine, updates, graphic design) will be billed upon completion with payment expected within 2 weeks.

Other costs:

Domain registration and host plan charges will be your responsibility. We suggest GoDaddy.com for both, and most often recommend the GoDaddy “Premium Plan” for businesses, although the Deluxe Plan may be adequate.
