Step 1: Planning |

Together, we will determine your goals and how to meet
those goals. An outline will be created and approved before production
begins. All cost estimates are based on this outline so this planning
session is very important. A timeline is also created at this time,
with specific deliverables and due dates. The start date is
determined. As long as Advantage Web Solution has received the
information and materials necessary to begin the design process,
production begins. |

Step 2: Production

Preliminary designs are created first. Advantage Web
Solution will create more than one design comp if requested. This is
to determine the "look" and navigational layout of your site.
Color is important, and we use a great tool to this end.
Color Wheel Pro - a
unique software program that allows you to see color theory in action.
With Color Wheel Pro, you can create harmonious color schemes and
preview them on real-world examples.
It is also during this stage that all functionality of any
web-based database applications and/or viewer interactions are laid
out. AWS will not proceed past this stage until you have approved the
design and functionality of your site. |

Step 3: Construction
|

Advantage Web Solution builds your site once all
approvals have been confirmed. We will be in contact with you as
questions arise or we need additional data or images. Your site will
be constructed locally and periodically posted on our test server for
you to review during this process. |

Step 4: Preview Final Site
|
| |
Upon final approval, your website will be uploaded to
the host server. If you have signed an AWS maintenance agreement, we
will do monthly or quarterly search engine submissions, optimization,
and periodic website maintenance, depending on your contract. |
